Elnatan is an Ethiopian filmmaker based in Washington, D.C., with over a decade of experience amplifying underrepresented narratives through engaging visual storytelling. He brings a creative, equity-focused approach to every project, helping organizations translate their mission into powerful visual narratives.

Elnatan honed his skills as a videographer and editor at UnidosUS, creating videos that highlight critical issues within the Latino community. He now produces compelling branded content and documentaries, with a focus on social responsibility.

Joseph is a spoken word artist, educator, and narrative disruptor with over 20 years of experience creating dialogue that’s led to success in classrooms, boardrooms, and living rooms. He believes strongly in storytelling’s innate ability to connect people to their higher purpose and to one another – creating a world that is a better place for everyone. Joseph also serves as the CEO of LMSvoice, an educational consulting and production company.

Conrado is a multidisciplinary artivist creating socially conscious visuals for non-profits, artists, and local businesses. His photographic work has been published by the New York Times, Vice, USA Today, and I-D. His work focuses on documenting the truth and helping to uplift BIPOC communities with photo and video.
