    Elnatan is a first-generation Ethiopian American filmmaker based in Washington, D.C. For Elnatan, storytelling is not merely a profession but a calling—an avenue through which he can bridge the gap between the human experience and our innate connection to the natural world. With every project, he strives to infuse mindfulness and intentionality, crafting narratives that provoke thought, stir emotion, and inspire positive action. Prior to launching Memento, Elnatan honed his craft as a videographer and editor at UnidosUS, the largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the US, where he produced impactful branded videos highlighting the issues and opportunities within the Latino community.

    Executive Producer & Creative Director

    Joseph is a spoken word artist, educator, and narrative disruptor with over 20 years of experience creating dialogue that’s led to success in classrooms, boardrooms, and living rooms. He believes strongly in storytelling’s innate ability to connect people to their higher purpose and to one another – creating a world that is a better place for everyone. Joseph also serves as the CEO of LMSvoice, an educational consulting and production company.

    Conrado is a multidisciplinary artivist creating socially conscious visuals for non-profits, artists, and local businesses. His photographic work has been published by the New York Times, Vice, USA Today, and I-D. His work focuses on documenting the truth and helping to uplift BIPOC communities with photo and video.
