Elnatan is an Ethiopian documentary filmmaker and branded-content editor based in Washington, D.C., with over a decade of experience creating documentaries and branded films rooted in lived experience.
At Memento, he guides projects from story development through final delivery, combining creative direction and production leadership with a thoughtful approach to stories centered on human dignity, community, and social impact.
Conrado Muluc
Creative Director + Cinematographer
Conrado is a second-generation Honduran American filmmaker based in Baltimore. As Memento’s Creative Director and cinematographer, he shapes the company’s visual language through an advocacy-centered approach developed across years of photography and filmmaking.
His work - featured in The New York Times, USA Today, and The Washington Post - amplifies community voices
and inspires action.
Elizabeth Baires
Head of Development + Producer
Elizabeth is a first-generation Ecuadorian and Salvadoran producer based in Manassas, Virginia. As Memento’s Head of Development and Operations, she brings over eight years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, project management, and organizational development.
Her work builds the partnerships and equitable, care-centered systems that support Memento’s productions and creative community.
Together, we create films that carry meaning, hold memory, and build momentum long after the screen fades to black.
