As Memento’s Head of Production, editor, and executive producer, he guides projects from story development through final delivery, combining production leadership with an equity-centered approach to human storytelling.

Conrado is a second-generation Honduran American filmmaker based in Baltimore. As Memento’s Creative Director and cinematographer, he shapes the company’s visual language through an advocacy-centered approach developed across years of photography and filmmaking.

Elizabeth Baires
Head of Development 𖦹 Producer
Elizabeth is a first-generation Ecuadorian and Salvadoran producer based in Manassas, Virginia. As Memento’s Head of Development and Operations, she brings over eight years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, project management, and organizational development.
Her work builds the partnerships and equitable, care-centered systems that support Memento’s productions and creative community.
Together, we create films that carry meaning, hold memory, and build momentum long after the screen fades to black.
